Dencher Consulting Engineers is a small practice providing professional structural, civil and geotechnical engineering design, inspection and survey services. Established in 2013, we are based in Dorchester, Dorset and work on projects throughout southern England, although the majority are within Dorset.
Our projects are mainly within the residential sector and cover a range of building types from new build contemporary through to the restoration and repair of historic and listed buildings. Their size varies from the removal of a single internal wall to the construction of new dwellings. 
We are committed to providing engineering excellence and a service tailored to our client’s requirements. We are happy working from engineering first principles when the project demands something out of the ordinary. This allows us to comfortably work with new and innovative materials and approaches, whether on a contemporary new build or heritage restoration.
